Yoga for Hormone Balance

    This Yin Yoga practice is designed to tap into your internal energy and promote balance.

    This session combines gentle poses with mindful breathing techniques, offering a serene guided body scan for hormonal health.

    Reconnect with your body and foster your overall health through mindfulness, breath and the art of letting go. We take our attention to reiki energy and colour therapy during this practice. You will need 2 x bed pillows, 2 x yoga bricks and optional cushions / blankets too. See you on the virtual mat my friend for this delightful yin yoga session.
