About me

Hi, I’m Suzanne (but friends call me Suze), a yoga teacher, holistic therapist, and guide for women’s well-being. I created BHR Reset™ to help you reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your power.

My own journey through endometriosis, cancer, and complex health challenges is what shaped the BHR Framework™ (Body, Heart, Release). This isn’t abstract theory or spiritual bypassing — it’s a lived, practical system that blends ancient wisdom with the realities of modern life. A way of listening to the body, softening the nervous system, and creating space for real change.
