Yoga to Ease Lower Back Pain

Join me (and Bonnie & Heidi - watch until the end for their silly antics!) as we (well I) share with you this lovely practice to bring comfort to your lower back through the power of breath and relaxing music.

We move through twists and relaxation; a real treat for your spine and hips! In this practice I don't bring you out at the end - I leave you to be still, be with your breath and just LET GO!

We end this practice with Child’s Pose, or Balasana in Sanskrit, which is often seen as a resting pose in yoga, but it holds much more than just a moment of pause. This gentle pose allows us to fully surrender, both physically and emotionally, creating a deep sense of peace and calm. It encourages us to slow down and connect with our bodies, allowing space for healing, especially during times when our bodies may feel overwhelmed by stress, hormonal changes, or physical discomfort.

Check out my blog post to discover the healing impact of child's pose (Balasana).
