Welcome to the BHR Reset™

This program isn’t something you need to follow perfectly. It’s something you learn to move with.

Your body is not linear — it works in rhythms, cycles, and seasons. That means you don’t need to start at the beginning, wait for a specific day, or get it “right” to benefit from this work.

Instead, you’re invited to meet yourself where you are.

Each part of this program is aligned with an inner season — Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn — reflecting the natural shifts within your body across your cycle. You can use a tracker like Clue, Flo, or Natural Cycles to get a sense of where you are, or simply tune into how you feel.

💙 Do you need rest and space? You may be in Winter.
💚 Do you feel a sense of renewal or motivation? That could be Spring.
🩷 Are you feeling open, energised, or outward? Welcome to Summer.
🧡 Are you noticing a need to slow down or turn inward? You may be in Autumn.

There is no right place to begin — only your place.

You might arrive here and go straight to Inner Summer, day 4. You might stay in Winter for a while. You might move between them.

This is your permission to trust your body, rather than override it.

Come back to this guidance whenever you need — and let this be a space where you reconnect, gently.
