I’ve never done yoga before — can I still join?

Absolutely! 🌿 This masterclass is for every woman, whether you’ve never touched a yoga mat or are a seasoned practitioner. I’ll guide you step by step, with gentle modifications so everyone can participate safely and comfortably.

I’m not flexible at all — is that a problem?

Not at all! 💛 You don’t need to touch your toes or do fancy poses. Every move can be adapted for your body, and even small, simple stretches make a huge difference.

I don’t have any yoga equipment — do I need to buy anything?

Nope! 🌸 You don’t need anything special to start:

  • A yoga mat or a comfortable surface (beach towel or fluffy blanket works perfectly)

  • Water or a cup of herbal tea if you’re feeling chilly

  • Clothes you can stretch in, or even your PJs!

  • Cushion, bed pillow, and blanket for extra support and comfort

What if I’m sceptical or not sure this is for me?

Perfect — you’re in the right place! 🌿 This isn’t about being a yogi or “doing it right.” It’s about learning small, gentle ways to reconnect with your body, release tension, and feel supported. No judgement, no pressure — just you, your body, and guidance you can trust.

Will we still do yoga and meditation even if I feel clumsy or unsure?

Yes! 🌸 Everyone starts somewhere, and the sessions are designed to be safe and welcoming. You can move, stretch, or even just observe — you’ll get value no matter what.

What if I can’t make it live?

No worries! 💛 You’ll have access to replays, so you can watch anytime and go at your own pace.

Is this a replacement for medical advice?

No, this is supportive wellness guidance 🌿. It works alongside any medical care or treatments you’re receiving.
