I'm not your typical wellness guide; I believe this journey should feel human, not perfect! I eat pizza, occasionally skip my practice when life gets in the way, and fully support meditating in a dressing gown.

My own path through endometriosis, cancer, and complex health challenges led me to create the BHR (Body, Heart, Release) Framework. This isn't just theory—it's a lived-in, practical system that blends ancient wisdom with real-world living.

This framework is the heart of everything I offer, now hosted in my dedicated at-home yoga studio and wellness centre. From this serene space, I provide a range of tools to help you reconnect, re-balance, and restore—whether you're dealing with hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, stress, or are simply looking to feel more "at home" in your body.

Wellness to Womb is your online sanctuary, extending the support from my studio into your home. Through yin and hatha yoga, holistic coaching, and the practices of the BHR Framework, I help you navigate your well-being. Healing isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about learning to thrive exactly as you are.
