Why I’m Now Taking My Women’s Wellness Expertise Into the Boardroom

A note from Suzanne: This post reflects an important evolution in my work. While my core mission of supporting women’s wellness remains, I’m now applying it to solve a critical business challenge. If you’ve followed my journey with endometriosis, IVF, or the Womb Warrior Circle, you’ll understand exactly why.
For years, I’ve written here about the deeply personal journey of women’s health—through endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, and menopause. I’ve shared yoga sequences for pain relief, meditations for anxiety, and coaching frameworks to help you reconnect with your body’s cycles.
But a recurring theme has emerged from your stories and my own experience: the profound collision between these health journeys and our professional lives.
I’ve heard from women who power through excruciating pain to meet a deadline, who schedule IVF appointments around board meetings, and who struggle with crippling brain fog while leading teams. I lived this myself, navigating critical illness in a workplace that lacked the framework to support it.
I’ve come to a decisive conclusion: This isn’t just a personal wellness issue. It’s a strategic business problem.
When a company’s female talent is struggling in silence, the cost is measured in:
Presenteeism (declining quality of work)
Turnover (losing experienced leaders)
Lost innovation (when cognitive bandwidth is consumed by pain management)
Generic wellness perks—a yoga app, a fruit basket—are well-intentioned but miss the point. They don’t address the root cause: a lack of understanding and systemic support for women’s health in the workplace.
That’s why I’m now directing my energy to where I believe it can create the most systemic change: the business world itself.
Introducing White Branches Corporate Wellness & Retention Consultancy
I am now working directly with forward-thinking organisations to bridge this gap. My lived experience and wellness expertise are now paired with a clear business framework to help companies:
Retain key female talent through health and life transitions.
Build a culture where women’s health is understood as an asset, not a liability.
Implement practical strategies that support employees and protect the bottom line.
This isn’t a pivot away from my roots; it’s an expansion of them. It’s the application of everything I’ve learned in the wellness space to solve a problem that is hurting women and the businesses that depend on them.
Unlike traditional consultants, my methodology is built on a deep understanding of the human operating system. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I leverage somatic science to address the physical roots of stress and burnout. My training in reflexology and energy work informs a holistic view of wellbeing that sees the employee as a whole person. I translate these principles into practical business strategies—turning stress resilience into reliable performance, and self-awareness into stronger leadership.
If you are a leader, manager, or HR professional seeing this challenge in your organisation, I invite you to explore this new aspect of my work.

To my incredible community of Womb Warriors: thank you. Your stories and trust have directly inspired this evolution. The mission remains the same—to champion women’s health—but the battlefield has expanded to include the structures where we spend so much of our lives.
With purpose,
Suzanne
