It was forged in hospital rooms, on yoga mats through tears, and in the silent, desperate moments of living with undiagnosed endometriosis, cancer, and sepsis. I've faced life-threatening illness and come out the other side with one burning mission: to make sure no other woman has to navigate her health journey feeling as alone and overwhelmed as I did. This book is my life's work. It contains the wisdom from my darkest valleys and the most effective tools from my recovery. It's a hand to hold, a voice of compassion, and a practical guide for any woman ready to write her own story of healing and reclamation. I've poured my heart into creating this resource for you.
