Experience yoga for relaxation and ease with this gentle yoga practice.
We move through a flow including poses such as Easy Pose, Neck and Shoulder Release, Cat & Cow, Downward Facing Dog, Lunge & a Lizard Flow finally relaxing in Hero Pose for breathwork to make our hormones super happy!
You might need 2 x yoga blocks and padding for your knees for this practice.
