Yoga Poses to Boost Kidney Health

    Join me for a practice that helps with adrenal fatigue using gentle yoga and meditation to promote healing.

    This session incorporates relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote overall well-being and do I hope this yoga for stress relief helps you feel more balanced and calm to ease any tension.

    I believe it's important to understand why we practice certain poses and that's why I want to mention, the adrenal glands, located on top of your kidneys. They play a critical role in regulating your body's response to stress. These small but powerful glands release hormones like cortisol, adrenaline, and norepinephrine, which help control your body’s fight-or-flight response. When you’re under constant stress or facing prolonged periods of emotional or physical strain, your adrenals can become overworked, leading to burnout, fatigue, and a host of other health issues.
