I usually feel a little hungry after a yoga practice so I make plenty of these yummy "Yoga Balls".
They are well received by my yogis so here is my recipe. You can substitute any dried fruit of your choice if there's something you'd prefer and I often change them round a bit.
If you're a Slimming Worldie, I've worked out the points are around 1.5 to 2 points per ball (depending on the size); usually around a teaspoon full of yumminess before you roll.
25g each of apricots, prunes, dates, cranberries, glace cherries (or your preferred combination)
50g of desiccated coconut
1 tbsp each of protein powder and maca powder
2 tbsp each of chia seeds, peanut butter, chocolate spread and coconut flour (for rolling)
Chop all dried fruit into tiny little pieces and place in a large mixing bowl. Add desiccated coconut, protein, maca, chia and stir. Next add your peanut butter and chocolate spread and mix with a fork.
Arrange two plates, one with the coconut flour on and the other for your prepared Yoga Balls. Wash your hands so they are slightly wet. Using a teaspoon create 6-8 balls and place in the coconut flour. Roll in the flour then between your hands and place on the clean plate. Wash your hands and repeat this method until all of the mixture is used.
Cover the plate with another plate and place in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Transfer to a covered container, keep in the fridge and eat within 7-10 days.
