When we learn to let go, more energy flows and less effort is needed.
When we become overwhelmed it is natural to tie ourselves in knots, tensing our shoulders, jaws, and muscles throughout our bodies. Our mind tells us that this is how to take control, but if we create these knots we block the flow of our energy, exhausting ourselves and accomplish less. This is where we need to learn to let go.
Sometimes, this isn't as easy as it sounds and can take daily repetition to cultivate. Just as you'd never miss brushing your teeth, having a shower or cleaning your home, habits can be changed,
First, let go of the idea of what perfect is. Understand that everything fits together for the highest good. Perhaps learning to relax, taking deep breaths, meditating, seeking help from a loved one, a massage treat or energy healer to clear the underlying knots.
We can also ease mental stress by focusing on what we truly want to accomplish. When we relax and let life's energy flow through our minds, bodies, spirits, and lives, we will accomplish more with less effort and feel good doing it.
We don't have to tie ourselves in knots. Instead, we can learn to re-boot, re-connect and, just like those beautiful old-time watches, re-wind and let the time flow as the wheels inside us move allowing the chakras to spin in perfect harmony.
