Here's a few tips on how to get the most out of your practice with White Branches.
Where possible arrive 10 minutes before class time
Use this time to connect to the mat in any posture that feels good for you at that time. For example, Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Śvānāsana), Child's Pose (Balasana) or Easy Pose (Sukhasana).
If you want to take the time to catch up with fellow yogis do so quietly to not disturb others.
Do not talk to those who are taking the time to self-practice.
Class will always start promptly.
If late come into the room quietly.
Use the mat available in the area it has been placed.
Join in with the practice as quickly as you can.
Class will finish promptly.
Roll your mat
Place blankets, blocks and eye pillows in box
If you have any questions about the practice or any postures please ask if you can stay behind.

Breathe - your body gives you nothing at all if you don't!
